Please allow 24-48 business hours of processing time for your order! We work our hardest to get them out but other circumstances may occur.

Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.

If you have checked the tracking number and after 14 days, your order has not arrived, please contact shopathutch@gmail.com. We will do our best to contact the carrier and find a resolution. We however cannot offer returns or store credit for lost, damaged, or misplaced packages.

All shipping and tracking numbers are estimated time frames. Hutch is not responsible for delayed shipping once it is in the carrier’s possession but we will do our best to speed along the process if we can do so.
